Ingredients

  • 10 dl milk (3% fat)
  • 5 dl macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil, preferably in a nonstick saucepan.
  2. Add the macaroni and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes until the macaroni becomes soft.
