Chocolate Muffin

Kladdmuffins is a delicious recipe for chocolate muffins that resembles the gooey texture of a chocolate mud cake. These muffins are made with ingredients like eggs, sugar, flour, and butter. Enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate muffins!

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 dl sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place muffin liners on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin.
  3. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  4. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Finally, mix in the melted butter.
  7. Divide the batter into the molds. Do not fill them more than 1/4 as they rise during baking.
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
